Luming has practised extensively in commercial and property areas since he was admitted as a solicitor. He has significant experience across a wide range of matters with a specialization in commercial transactions, commercial litigation, dispute resolution and property transactions. He has a diverse client base includes Australian and overseas-based clients and multidisciplinary enterprises with varied commercial and property interests. His clients trust him to achieve strategic and commercial results for them through the negotiation, corporate structuring and contract dispute processes.

Whilst being a litigator, Luming’s goal is always to keep his client away from Court where possible, to save his client from unnecessary legal costs and stresses. He achieves this by providing his clients with sound commercial advice upfront and build-in mechanisms to avoid dispute from occurring. However, where Court proceeding is unavoidable or necessary, he would not hesitate to stand up for his client in Court.
